This page explains how subscriptions and credits work in Filme: AI Movie Generator. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Exact plan names, prices, billing periods, and credit amounts are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region and over time. The app screen always reflects the current terms.

1. Free tier

You can use core features of the Service for free, subject to usage limits. New users may receive a one-time welcome bonus of credits. Free-tier limits and bonuses are enforced per device and may change.

2. Subscriptions

The Service may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly) that unlock additional features and/or a higher usage allowance.
Price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Managing your subscription: You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

3. Credits and credit packs

Certain features consume credits. Credits may be granted with a subscription, included as a welcome bonus, or purchased as consumable credit packs.
Credits are spent when you use a credit-gated feature. The credit cost of a feature is shown in the app before you confirm.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your current balance is stored with your device. If you change devices or reinstall the app, balances may be synced where supported; otherwise contact support.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not directly process payments and cannot issue App Store refunds. To request a refund, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” process or contact Apple Support. If a purchase is refunded by Apple, the associated credits or entitlement may be removed.

5. Free trials and promotional offers

Where offered, free trials or introductory offers automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Promotional credits and offers may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility and may be modified or withdrawn.

6. Promo codes

We may provide single-use promo codes that grant credits. Codes are valid until their stated expiry, can be used once, and may be revoked in cases of abuse. Redeem a code in the app under Settings → Redeem Code.

7. Changes

We may change plans, prices, credit costs, and offers. Changes apply going forward and, for active subscriptions, take effect on the next renewal where required by Apple. The in-app purchase screen always shows the current terms.
